We had a great time in this hotel with its excellent food and friendly staff. We visited the area to explore our family history, and the chef went above and beyond, helping us locate graveyards and even preparing a complimentary pre-dinner treat. The location next to the forest provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Nothings.

Good food and friendly staff, but that's about it. the location could be better as it wasn't the most scenic place in Germany. We were disappointed with the building, it was ugly and lacked any charm. We found ourselves liking the area more to the east, between two other towns where there was more competition between hotels and the landscape was better.
The hotel was nondescript and didn't leave a good first impression. the only thing that stood out was the food, but unfortunately, that's not enough to make up for the cons.

Nestled beside a beautiful forest, this hotel offers the perfect base for nature lovers. the staff were accommodating and always enthusiastic, providing helpful tips about nearby graveyards and other sights. the rooms were very comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and excellent amenities. the breakfast buffet was a highlight, providing a delicious range of options to start off the day. the facilities were modern and well-maintained, adding to a pleasurable stay. One could enjoy a stunning view of the forest from some of the rooms.
It is a shame that the hotel is located in an area that lacks the picturesque charm of some German towns.

The food was surprisingly good and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the helpfulness of the English-speaking chef who went out of his way to assist us in finding local sites. the staff willingly switched our room when the toilet was found to be out of order.
The hotel's location left something to be desired, as the surrounding area lacked charm and inspiration. the building was plain and uninviting, not providing the best first impression.
